Hi, I’m Leah!

I found yoga in 2012 while living in Key West, Florida, at a time when I was navigating chronic pain from Endometriosis and searching for something—anything—that felt safe in my body. What I discovered was more than movement. Yoga offered me a way to build strength without harm, to soften without collapsing, and to reconnect with a body I had long felt at odds with. The mental and emotional benefits were the icing on the cake, but the true gift was learning that movement could be supportive instead of punishing.

After years of personal practice and transformation, I completed my first teacher training in 2019, knowing in my bones that I needed to share this work with others—especially those who felt disconnected, intimidated, or unsure if yoga was “for them.” Today, I am a Trauma-Conscious certified YACEP, E-RYT 200, and RYT 500, and my teaching is rooted in accessibility, education, and collaboration. My work centers somatic awareness, nervous system support, and community care, with the intention of helping people feel safer, stronger, and more at home in their vessels.

Yoga changed my relationship with my body—and it’s my honor to hold space for others as they discover what it can offer them.

Say hello.
